If we don’t reach the minimum number of participants 3 weeks before the tour, we will contact you and offer you the following options –
On our small group shore excursions, we usually guarantee a departure when a minimum of 6 participants is reached.
On our private shore excursions, there is no minimum number of participants. The tour is fully customized to your needs and group size.
Our cancellation policy is as follow –
Up to 14 days before the tour there will be no cancellation fee, except for a $10 processing fee.
7-13 days before the tour, there will be a 25% cancellation fee, with the additional $10 processing fee.
2-6 days before the tour, there will be a 50% cancellation fee.
48 hours prior to departure, there will be a 100% cancellation fee.
In any case of your ship canceling its docking in Israel, we will issue a full refund. No questions asked!
